In this #lockdown isolation phase, we are learning a new way of living. We became more patient and conscious. Positive thinking and self-love are important to maintain a balanced lifestyle.

Mental Health:We need good mental health for sustainable living. Practicing mindfulness meditation may give mental peace. Regular meditation heals your anxieties, stress, and depression. We want a satisfactory level of emotion in our daily life. Taking a few minutes every day for meditation will help us focus on life and feel positive inside. Meanwhile, meditate regularly to relieve stress relief and be more active. There are different forms of meditation advised by experts. Personally, I am doing four square breathing exercises, and it actually works. I feel more relaxed while doing this meditation.
Meditation:Box Breathing Techniques is also known as four-square breathing. This is a simple and easy type of stress management exercise. First close the eyes, breathe in with a count of four and hold the breath inside, slowly exhale with a count of four, and repeat this process for 2-3 minutes daily. It will boost peace of mind and self-love behavior. This meditation technique calms down from inside and you feel quite stress-free. So friends, try this meditation to stay fit and fine.

We are understanding the practice of isolation without affecting our lifestyle and activities. It’s time to care for ourselves with daily exercise and yoga. This phase emphasizes we be patient and self-disciplined so that we become more healthy from body and mind too.
Yoga(Asana) improves health in many aspects and increase immunity naturally:Yoga increases flexibility and perfectly builds body posture. It develops muscle strength and improves bone health. Asana improves blood flow with body balance and also controls blood pressure and sugar level. Practicing yoga maintains the immune system and nervous system properly. It helps to balance a good digestive system and adequate sleep. Yoga naturally benefits us to increase self-love, make us happier and energetic all day. The various types of asanas are Surya Namaskar, padmasana, Naukasana, Bhastrika Pranayama, Trikonasana, Dhanurasana, Bhujangasana, Sukhasana, Vajrasana many more that can be practiced daily. Personal Care:A lot of us have been feeling the stress from the beginning in this isolated phase. Sometimes we feel bored by staying in pajamas since the lockdown started. Don’t let this become a monotonous lifestyle instead of making things better by adorning and showing self-love. Nourishment is necessary for the glowing skin and body. To pamper your skin and body with vitamin C, D, E, and K, make sure you get enough vitamins that will keep your skin looking healthy and youthful. Now we have considerable free time for a skincare routine, so don’t feel lazy and use organic products to nourish your body. We all need the discipline to protect our lifestyle with proper diet, good sleep, and yoga or exercise that balance mental and physical stability.
